-Children under 2 years no charge

-Single allowance R150.- pn.

-Pensioners discount 25%

Booking and Cancellation policy for Individual bookings

*In order to secure your booking a 50% deposit of the booking quote value is required into our bank account within 1 month after the booking is made and not later than 14 days before arrival.

*Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date, customer forfeits 100% of the deposit.

*Early departures are charged the original booking total.

*Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date, customer forfeits 50% of the deposit .

*On receipt of a written instruction, including bank details from the customer to cancel the reservation, Wildebees ecolodge will refund the applicable amount, within 14 working days. Wildebees ecolodge levies a 15% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a International bank account be required, an additional R250.- charge will be levied.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings. Prices are stated in South African Rand Including VAT.
